Meet the Team
Kerry SkardaFounding Partner, President
As founder and president of BCG, Kerry brings over 20 years of design and industry experience to the firm. Her education from the Maryland Institute College of Art instilled in her a deep belief in the transformative powers of art and design within the community as well as the empowerment that a strong and nurturing educational environment can provide. Kerry brings a keen eye for detail and gut-level insight into what makes design successful.
Christian LalloFounding Partner, Chief Creative Officer
As Chief Creative Office, Christian drives the creative vision for BCG and our clients. He leads BCG’s cross-disciplinary teams in conceptually aligning content strategy and high-level messaging with the strategic and business goals of the client — distilling a brand’s essence into a foundational platform that underpins all of BCG’s work. Through his expertise in web technologies, and strategic understanding of a project, Christian ensures that the big picture goals of a project aren’t lost during the technical transition from idea to reality. Previously, Christian served as the creative director for NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope Strategic Communications Office.
Jordan LeberSenior Account Executive
Adept in both strategic planning and project management, Jordan Leber is an accomplished Account Manager that has led the integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives for multi-million dollar clients on both the agency and client side. Her ability to quickly understand and communicate business requirements and marketing strategy helps her to consistently deliver solutions that exceed client expectations and produce results.
Lisa BarrowsJunior Account Executive
Lisa Barrows is a recent graduate from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications: Advertising and Public Relations. Prior to joining BCG, Lisa performed as an Account Executive for an advertising agency, conducting account management duties on behalf of several Division 1 collegiate sports programs.
Lucas BadgerSenior Art Director
Lucas Badger serves as senior art director and digital experience designer for BCG. He creates targeted brand campaigns and thoughtful designs for internationally known clients like Rosetta Stone, Goldwell Hair Care and Johns Hopkins University. As digital experience designer, he crafts custom user interfaces and high-end digital experiences for websites ranging from local community organization to national luxury brands.
Alex LinaburgSenior Designer
Alexandra Linaburg is a graduate from Stevenson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Communication Design. In her four years with BCG, has risen from summer intern to one of the lead designers for the KAO account, which includes Goldwell and KMS brands.
Sarah YeagerGraphic Designer
Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art. While there, she received the MICA Graphic Design Department’s 2013 “Heart is in the Work” award for her Senior Thesis. At BCG, Sarah specializes in illustration and data visualization.
Emi MacLeodGraphic Designer
Emi MacLeod is a graphic designer and Maryland Institute College of Art alumna that specializes in brand experiences and print design. Her multicultural background and upbringing give her a unique perspective that influences much of her design approach and aesthetic.
Nhu NguyenJunior Graphic Designer
Nhu Nguyen is a Stevenson University graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Art and Visual Communication Design with a marketing minor. Her diverse experiences and skills in design, photography, and fashion enable her to test the limits of creativity and help develop innovative solutions.
